FREEMAN Prosecco 2023 displays a persistent fine dry streaming effervescence and classic sherbet and pear aromas. Soft and sprightly on the palate with flavours of crunchy pear complemented by a smidge of creamy yeast complexity and delicate acidity. Refreshes to the very last sip….

WINEMAKING
The grapes are picked early and gently pressed prior to the initial fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Barrel fermentation and lees stirring contributes additional complexity and creamy texture, prior to the secondary fermentation – known as the Martinotti  – or more commonly Charmat method, creating a dry, vivacious style that mirrors its European origins. Bottled under crown seal.
